Position Description
Our Customer Support Team plays a vital role in the success of our home entertainment division by providing world-class customer service to our customers and partners.
The position is responsible for providing web & phone-based customer support to our end-user consumers, vendors, and partners. Additionally, this department contributes to the successful implementation and tracking of our online marketing initiatives.
This is a temporary role with the potential to develop into a full-time position with benefits.
