Interim Management
Managing Transitional Change
A sales organization is a complex machine consisting of thousands of dynamic elements. Each of these variables are in a constant state of transition which we understand to be change. Change is such a powerful catalyst that it is the most influential stimulant in driving growth and profiitability. There is no status quo in corporate America...you are either growing or you are dying, winning or losing, kill or be killed. Corporate evolution is Darwinian in nature---survival of the fittest. The agent of change is synonymous with constant improvement, and should be embraced as the heart of an organization.

Just as change is the healthy part of a thriving organization, "transitional change" can take its' breath away. Transitional change is a bridge between two elements and, if not dealt with accordingly, will maintain everything in a state of suspension---where nothing happens. This is most often experienced during a management transition, due to transfer, termination, or temporary assignment. During this time the most essential elements of management, leading, planning, organizing, and controlling are left as orphans to the transition.

Centrifyx Interim Management helps our clients eliminate much of the effect of the transition by providing seasoned sales management to drive the day-to-day sales operations. Our PlayMaker Managers have extensive sales & management credentials, and have been trained in Centrifyx Field Management Systems to deliver consistent performance. By understanding the critical success factors, our PlayMakers can provide appropriate attention in areas of leadership, performance development, recruiting, and administration. This helps our clients to effectively manage the transition, and accelerate their overall sales velocity.
