One of our core beliefs is that true operational excellence stems from a diverse exchange of ideas, opinions, and solutions that is inherent in a multi-national/multi-cultural workforce.
Diversity in the workplace is the socially responsible thing for organizations to do... Supporting diversity in the workplace is "politically correct"... However, we cannot take credit for either of those. Simply said, we just do it because it makes us a better company!
